Collections, Shipping and Returns

The greenest delivery option and free — Your items can be collected 7 days a week from my studio, Crown Works Pottery located at 11 Temple Street E2 6QQ during the following times:

Monday to Friday from 11:00am to 6:30pm

Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00am to 4:00pm


It can take up to 3 working days before your order is posted. If you need your order by a specific date please let me know.

I do not make a profit on postage costs; I simply charge you what it costs to send the work to you.

If you are not in to take delivery of your parcel, it is your responsibility to arrange a redelivery with the postal service used. If you do not arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from the depot, and it is returned to Crown Works Pottery, then I will have to charge you to post it out to you again.


UK Orders

Orders are sent with Royal Mail 48 tracking service and sign. It can take 3 - 7 working days to arrive once it has been sent. In rare cases it can take a bit longer, especially during busy times of year. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days please get in touch. 

International Orders

At the moment, I can ship within the European Union for a flat rate of £20 and to the United States for £25. If you are interested in shipping to another country not included above, please do get in contact and I can sort out what the cost will be for shipping. 

International orders can take between 5 - 14 working days to reach you.

Orders from outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes incurred when the delivery reaches your destination. Unfortunately, I have no control over these charges and cannot foresee their amount.

The charges of import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the order.

Please note that there could be a delay while the item is held in customs. Unfortunately I have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel may be delayed. 

Packaging and Breakages

I wrap each item very carefully and try  to reuse and recycle packaging materials wherever possible.

In the unfortunate event that your order does arrive damaged or has a fault, please email me at as soon as possible, so that I can arrange an exchange. Please do not throw the item away. Keep it in its packaging and inform me of the problem within 7 days of receiving the goods, otherwise I cannot be held responsible for damage that has occurred. 


If something isn’t quite right, please contact me for a return or exchange within one weeks of purchase.
